In soft matter, domains with different temporal and spatial scales interplay with each other, and the interplay determines macroscopic properties and stimulus responses. The week interplay and small perturbations of the domain can amplify over time, and eventually lead to large-scale phenomena or response. Consequently, a fundamental understanding of the interplays within soft matter is key. This necessitates an integrated approach that encompasses physics, chemistry, and simulation techniques as well as scattering.

   The conference will cover a wide spectrum of topics, reflecting the diversity and complexity of soft matter science.
